In a groundbreaking collaboration between fashion and gastronomy, Dior has unveiled its most delectable venture yet: Café Dior by Dominique Crenn.
Nestled within America's first open-air shopping destination—the historic Highland Park Village—welcomes the world of Dior as seen through the lens of one of the world's most innovative chefs.
The partnership between Dior and Chef Dominique Crenn, the visionary behind San Francisco's three-Michelin-starred Atelier Crenn and the first woman in the U.S. to earn this honor, is a natural fit. Both are dedicated to excellence and share a distinct French sensibility. In this new venture, Crenn and her Executive Pastry Chef, Juan Contreras, present a menu where every dish honors the legacy of the iconic house.

The menu features dishes like blue crystal prawns with XO sauce and yogurt, thinly sliced bigeye tuna with dashi and sweet potato chips, and a chicken salad "petit fleurs" sandwich on pain de mie. The afternoon tea service includes items like salmon gravlax crackers and piña colada baba au rhum, offering a mix of flavors and textures that reflect shared sensibilities with Dior. Each dish is conceived to reflect the house's dedication to beauty and craftsmanship, with edible flowers and precise plating that echo Christian Dior's legendary love of gardens.

This venture marks a poetic return to Dallas for the House of Dior. It was here, in 1947, that Christian Dior received the prestigious Neiman Marcus Award, only months after debuting his revolutionary New Look in Paris. Now, over 75 years later, the maison has chosen this vibrant Texas city as the stage for its latest revolution—one that trades needle and thread for knife and fork.
The opening of Café Dior marks a new chapter in the fusion of fashion and gastronomy. A true celebration of French art de vivre, Café Dior by Dominique Crenn is set to become one of Dallas' most highly anticipated culinary destinations.
