Virginie Viard presents the Chanel Fall/Winter 2019-2020 Haute Couture show in Paris. This is a sophisticated collection of delicate evening wear and many stately silhouettes. Chanel’s signature tweed appears on several looks continuing the legacy of the brand. An awe-inspiring moment were several sequin pieces that illustrate the exquisite craft of the ateliers. Two carefully constructed floral jackets also caught our eye, one black and one pink. Flowers are carefully dyed and recreated in fabric just as they would appear on the stem. These beautiful accent pieces may be worn in a variety of settings.
