Directed by Turkish sisters Ayşe and Ece Ege, Dice Kayek has always been an internationally minded brand that seeks to sartorially synthesize East and West into a wholly unique aesthetic. While forever linked to both Istanbul and Paris, the Ege sisters use the whole world as a source of inspiration. Spring-Summer 2025 saw them pivot towards Africa for a safari-inspired collection that effortlessly encapsulates both daywear and evening wear through simple, structured silhouettes.
Looks were largely monochrome, with a “savannah” color palette of tobacco, beige, and white complemented by vivid pops of cobalt and coral. The collection captured a subtle safari chic while staying true to Dice Kayek’s refined DNA. Silk, poplin, and lace winked at the brand’s Istanbul sophistication while being perfect for keeping out the intense East African heat. Meanwhile, a short raw denim dress combined rugged sensibility with refined detailing.
This collection was all about the details. Balloon sleeves added a particular feminine flair to safari jackets while belts provided symmetry and structure to a series of looks. A personal favorite piece was the signature peplum-esque skirt belt in a dusty savannah-colored canvas. Practical and elegant, it can add a layered complexity to a variety of styles while eliminating the need for a handbag due to its discreet but sizable pockets.
Distinctly of the moment while building on a cohesive brand narrative, Dice Kayek’s “SAFARI” collection is the next chapter in a legacy of fine craftsmanship and sophisticated design. These versatile looks include a variety of excellent base pieces and statement styles for Spring-Summer 2025.
