This autumn, distinguished British luxury menswear brand, dunhill, is poised to elevate the art and fashion scene through a landmark partnership with Frieze Masters. This collaboration marks the rejuvenation of the renowned content programme, Frieze Masters Talks, bringing it back to the fair for the first time since 2019.

Frieze Masters is celebrated internationally for providing a unique perspective on art history, featuring collectible objects from various eras, from ancient masterpieces to 20th Century icons. In alliance with dunhill, the Frieze Masters Talks, curated meticulously by Dr. Nicholas Cullinan, Director of the National Portrait Gallery, will gain a prominent platform in dunhill’s stylishly designed auditorium at the fair, highlighting a fusion of cultural heritage and intellectual conversation, underscoring dunhill’s innovative vision.

Re-imagining Conversations

The Talks will weave together thoughts from influential artists like Maggi Hambling and Sarah Lucas and industry leaders like Sheena Wagstaff and Louisa Buck. They will explore the ties between historical art and modern practice over enlightening discussions throughout the five-day fair, reflecting dunhill's refined artistry within a versatile space at Frieze Masters.

Sculpting Elegance

Dunhill's space is a tribute to sophisticated masculinity, where precision-tailored fabrics and extraordinary pieces from dunhill’s collection. This dialogue between the timeless and contemporary echo dunhill’s devotion to elegance and pioneering design.

To kick-start this collaborative journey, a special panel talk, led by Tim Marlow, Director of the Design Museum, will unfold at Bourdon House, dunhill’s flagship boutique, on October 6th. It will feature enlightening discussions among esteemed personalities including visual artist Shirin Neshat and architect Jamie Fobert.

Extending the Conversation

The discussions will continue with a special event by the National Portrait Gallery on October 13th, hosting luminaries like Tilda Swinton and Tim Walker. The conversation will be open to all through live streaming, ensuring wider public access and engagement. Further, a podcast series encapsulating these dialogues will be available from November, broadening intellectual engagement globally.
