Emma Chamberlain is one of Gen Z's most enormous obsessions thanks to her relatable personality and unique fashion style. 21-year-old social media personality from California, Chamberlain began her career by posting vlogs and fashion hauls to her YouTube channel. Her first upload was a try-on thrift haul where she shared the thrifted items she bought.
Five Years of YouTube
Five years after posting her first YouTube video, Chamberlain has taken over fashion. She has become well known for her unique style and piecing outfits together in a playful, young, and sustainable way. Combining bold prints, funky patterns, and vintage finds from thrifting, Chamberlain influences fashion trends and inspires others to experiment. She has had a tremendous influence on transforming the way Gen Z dresses.
Emma Chamberlain's Impact on Fashion and Style
Chamberlain has collaborated with many fashion brands, including Pacsun, Levi's, and several designer brands. After attending Paris Fashion Week in 2019 with YouTube and Louis Vuitton, Chamberlain became a brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton. She proudly wore Louis Vuitton to the past two Met Galas. In 2021, Emma was photographed with Charli D'Amelio for Louis Vuitton's Fall Winter 2021 Footwear campaign.
She topped her 2022 Met Gala look with a vintage tiara by Cartier where she is also a brand ambassador. Chamberlain will return as red carpet correspondent for Vogue during the upcoming Met Gala on May 1st. Chamberlain is currently taking a break from YouTube to grow her coffee brand, Chamberlain Coffee and her podcast, "Anything Goes." The popular podcast now has over 1 million listeners on Spotify.
