Moncler unveils its highly-anticipated Spring 2025 Collection starring actor Penn Badgley who embodies the vibrancy of the city he calls home: New York. Capturing the city's unmistakable energy, the campaign reveals the spirit of Moncler, long a favorite of New Yorkers even before its Genius collections graced the iconic metropolis.
Badgley, a New York resident for nearly two decades and star of Netflix's "You" and mythic Manhattan-centric series Gossip Girl, brings an authentic presence to the co-ed collection. Echoing the iconic images of fashion photographer Peter Lindbergh who famously brought high fashion to the streets of New York, intimate scenes in this campaign are likewise filled with city life. A turn down a cobblestone street, the golden hour illuminating architectural facades - quiet moments that form personal and universal narratives for New York natives and visitors alike.
Similarly, the collection reflects New York with modular full looks that comfortably fit into the fast-paced metropolis. In menswear, smart design is pervasive through pieces like reversible jackets and coats that become vests with a simple zip. Cashmere blends and Airsoft nylon are ultra-smooth materials that deliver luxury-infused practicality into everyday wear. Tonal beige, navy, gray, and black forms the foundation for this metropolitan wardrobe and allows wearers to maintain sophistication from sun up to sun down.
The women's line opts for elegant diamond quilting in a refined outerwear offering, with silhouettes nipped at the waist and accentuated at the hips.
