Set against the rugged Baja California coastline, Prada unveils a compelling new chapter for conservancy. This latest film—the third in a captivating quartet—blends the minimalist elegance of the Re-Nylon range with a powerful message of marine conservation among the crystal-clear waters of La Paz, Mexico.

The campaign's dramatic visuals showcase actress Sadie Sink in the Re-Nylon collection against nature's own wonders: towering saguaro cacti under a powder-blue sky as the Pacific Ocean stretches to the horizon. Here Prada's signature sophistication can be gleaned—Sink wears an impeccably tailored grey trouser and pristine white button-down shirt. Anchored by the season's hero accessory, a Re-Nylon hobo bag, its sustainable construction reflecting the campaign's environmental ethos.

"Whale sharks are the ocean's gardeners," explains marine biologist Giovanni Chimienti, a SEA BEYONDer and Goodwill Ambassador for the project. "By consuming plankton and algae, they maintain the delicate balance of marine ecosystems." However, as whale shark expert Alberto Garcia Baciero points out, these magnificent creatures face rising threats from ocean pollution, vessel strikes, and unsustainable tourism practices.

Marking a significant commitment from the luxury house: 1% of proceeds from the Prada Re-Nylon for SEA BEYOND line will directly support ocean education programs. Launched in 2019 in partnership with UNESCO's Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission, SEA BEYOND has already reached over 35,000 students, imparting beneficial knowledge about ocean literacy and conservation around the world.

The program's impact continues to grow, with innovative projects like Venice's "Kindergarten of the Lagoon," which connects preschool children with their local marine ecosystem through outdoor education. Additionally, Prada Group has extended its commitment internally, training more than 14,000 employees globally in ocean literacy principles through cutting-edge VR technology and the UN-backed AWorld app.

The latest Prada Re-Nylon range, modeled by Sadie Sink in the campaign, includes the signature backpack, belt bags, and an expanded ready-to-wear capsule—marking a pivotal moment in the evolution of luxury fashion, where style and environmental responsibility coexist.

Available now at Prada boutiques worldwide and online, each piece offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a larger mission of ocean preservation. The world of luxury may be exclusive but nature doesn't have to be - the industry can have a lasting positive environmental impact.
