Sean Suen presents the spring/summer 2020 collection in Paris. In returning to the foundation of the human condition, Sean Suen finds inspiration in an experience inherent to humanity – the inevitability of pain.
“Irrespective of time, condition or other constructs, it is woven into the very fabric of existence. Only one choice remains: bow down, or transform it into a boundless source of energy, helped only by strength of character and dignity. To remind that pain is not an obstacle, Sean Suen confronts it for what it truly is: a medium through which growth can be achieved, a new level of insight and inner, wide-awake poise.”
In this collection, new shapes reimagine suiting with an artisanal flair. A modern approach to the inverness cape adorns a tailored blazer while oversized sweater sleeves replace the sleeves of a blazer creating a compelling new silhouette. Luxurious skins and technical fabrics drape and flow effortlessly throughout the collection, redefining what a sartorial approach to contemporary men’s ready-to-wear can acheive.
