The exhibition will showcase a diverse group of emerging and established artists, with a particular focus on artists of color, women artists, LGBTQ+ artists, and artists with disabilities. The exhibition will be free and open to the public from 10am to 6pm daily during the five-day event.

Featured artists include LO, Kandy Lopez, Glenneisha Darkins, and Yuki Ando. The experience will also include an afternoon program of panel discussions featuring LVMH brand presidents, the artists themselves, and notable entrepreneurs such as Chris Collins, Marques McCammon, and Jessica Rivera. Cultural tastemakers and influencers like Terrence J and Emory Jones of Roc Nation will participate, offering a dynamic exchange of ideas. Additionally, LVMH will spotlight the work of two student artists.

Gucci Boule De Neige Installation

Gucci ushers in the festive season with a new installation at Sweet Bird North Plaza (95 NE 40th Street) in Miami’s Design District, unveiling a snow globe that embodies the joyful atmosphere of the holidays and pays tribute to Gucci’s history. The installation, on view from November 27 through January 7, draws inspiration from the House’s rich travel-infused heritage while celebrating the jubilant spirit of the season.

Pearl Jam: A Monumental Anniversary

To celebrate its 10th Annual Design Commission, the district presents “Pearl Jam” by Nicole Nomsa Moyo—an installation that reimagines public space through Southern African heritage. On view through March 2025, it will be a key highlight of Art Week 2024. Born in Zimbabwe and raised in South Africa, Moyo creates a powerful intersection of tradition and modernity. The installation features over 1,000 handcrafted 'earrings' by indigenous Ndebele women, suspended throughout the district's lush public spaces. This immersive experience invites visitors to explore the cultural richness and contemporary relevance of Southern African craft, making it a centerpiece of Art Week.

Cartier's Centennial Celebration

Cartier marks the centenary of its iconic Trinity collection with an exclusive pop-up exhibition from December 4-8. This immersive experience, located at 23 NE 41st Street, transports visitors through five distinct spaces, each revealing a facet of the collection’s history. A special room dedicated to Jean Cocteau’s relationship with Cartier in the 1930s offers a rare glimpse into the artistic collaborations that have shaped the luxury brand’s legacy. This limited-time exhibit celebrates not just jewelry, but the enduring intersection of art and design.

Jeffrey Deitch Presents Austin Lee: Psychomachia

Austin Lee explores human emotion and psychology through a blend of digital and traditional art techniques, creating vibrant paintings, sculptures, and videos. His exhibition to be located at 35 NE 40 Street delves into the hyperreality of the digital age, using 3D and virtual reality software to create pieces painted on canvas or fabricated in materials like resin and bronze.

Lee’s works reflect on virtues, vices, and raw emotions, inspired by a visit to Italy’s Giotto Chapel and the allegorical themes of Prudentius’s Psychomachia. Notable pieces include Lion with Blue Eyes (2024), evoking strength, and In Bed (2024), capturing vulnerability. The central piece, Blue Fountain (2022-2024), was previously showcased at the Lotte Museum of Art in Seoul. A mezzanine series of new video works deepens the exhibition’s exploration of surveillance and self-reflection.
